    Unqualified sheriff?

    If having an unqualified sheriff means better pay and better equipment and better working conditions I"LL TAKE IT! If it means not having a sheriff full of scandals who cow tow to the county with small raises etc I"LL TAKE IT! I'd rather have an "unqualified" sheriff he does what he says, doesn't lie, puts his agency members first and does whats good for the members over himself
