    Miami Corruption

It is with great sadness that we announce the suspension and awaiting termination of Chief Acevedo. Chief Acevedo was wrongfully accused of fraudulent violations in order to justify his quick termination of employment. He had brought forward serious potentially criminal allegations against the three commissioners, and in retaliation they have coerced the city mayor and manager to end the chief’s career. Little do they know that under the whistleblower act, employers are forbidden to terminate someone’s employment after such has come forward and addressed criminal behavior among employees within the organization. These city hall officials have been utilizing their powers to control our police department. They have manipulated our budgets in order to facilitate their agenda and prosper their private lifestyles. We refuse to be further victimized by the actions of these corrupt public officials. We have summoned the FBI and DOJ to conduct a thorough and detailed investigation into this matter. We will not continue to jeopardize our residents and employees at the hands of these selfish and dirty politicians. If police officers are subjected to laws, then these politicians must and will adhere to the color of law.

Sure, the F.B.I. and US Attorney, will put Ortiz to head up the investigation on corruption here. You got to admit, city hall is a bunch of idiots. A white Cuban can claim to be black, to get promotions. Yet, a white guy back in the 80's they tried to fire cause they assumed he was black, from the test. When both boxes where checked for white & black. Na, this place and city is above board. You only see corruption, cause the information that get's pasted around is tainted.

Corruption at its best while sacrificing city residents and tax payers money. Chiefs had been interviewed and without notice to anyone, city manager and Mayor acted behind the scenes without anyone’s approval and hired Chief Acevedo. A total dishonest, unethical, criminal move on behalf mayor Suarez and his manager Noriega. Now they embarrassed the Michael Jordan of police chiefs and costs city tax payers a ridiculous amount of revenue. Both did what they chose to do breaking all city charter rules and non are held accountable for their actions. They have no trust nor transparency among themselves the five commissioners and both manager and mayor. These clowns are a total embarrassment to our city and police department. Their immense lack of professionalism moral character and respect for the community they serve is astonishing. These individuals must pay for their collaboration in cheating the city of time, revenue and public image across the nation. We deserve better. We as police and firefighters serving the public daily deserve honest professional public officials to positively represent us and the city we serve. The nation and world all have eyes on us, and these three commissioners are an embarrassment to watch on television. These guys act as if they had no university studies or degrees. There are hundreds of more qualified persons to occupy their seats. They have been utilizing the elderly and their votes for decades. They vacuum our city of needed resources in exchange for personal growth and political advancement. We will change the city for the best. We will proceed with legal actions against these individuals who have continued to bully our citizens and police department. This incident has opened the eyes and knowledge of many. Mayor and manager have failed our employees and citizens. Their overt act to break policy and hire whoever they chose must be investigated to the fullest and a hearing against both the mayor and manager shall be held.

City commissioners have never supported our officers nor have pushed for needed benefits or pay raises. Their push to fabricate lies against chief Acevedo have forced them to work alongside the FOP. We are entitled to the best contract ever in the history of Miami. We assisted all three commissioners and now we must be compensated!!!

Dream on, city hall doesn't give 2-sh!ts about 90% of the people in the department (and that's being nice) All they care about is their own power and who can make them shine. So, you went along with the commissioners, thinking you, yourself will get something out of it? How did you assist them? Watching the tape posted here, our great A/C's were true to form. Back stabbing POS! Just when you think, were turning this place around, F&F come back and give everybody the finger and do it there way. Nothing is going to get better for most here. Those loyal to the chief, will be rewarded. Till DOJ, steps in and take control of the department, we will always be a sub-station for the homeland Cuban national police.

For decades, all you hear about is Miami corruption. Yet not once has anything been done about it. A few low ranking cops, will be offered up and a speech will be made we are not going to put up with corruption, look at what were doing. When (rarely) the media get a sniff or someone drops a dime. City hall, staff will circle the wagons and go after non F&F to make it a point NOT to screw with us.

If your a cop and you know about corruption and do nothing, then your part of the problem too. I'm not saying throw your career away. Yet you want to come on here and vent, then do nothing. Then when someone else takes the risk, you'll wait till the cuffs are on before you let yourself be known. Free advice!! Go elsewhere if you can or do your 10 and leave all the drama and BS in your car, when you get home. Even IF, you take it to heart and do the right and necessary things to clean this place up. NO-ONE will trust you or want you on calls with them. That's the way people think here. If you did it to them, you'll do it to me too. So, it's a no win situation to do the right thing around here. Saying any different, your lying to yourself.

Gotta admit, this all sounds like a great ordeal and yes criminal behavior from these bull headed politicians is unacceptable. What's sad, NOTHING will be done. Bring in the FBI and DOJ I've heard for the last 17 years of my career in this Department and nothing will ever happen.

Fraternal Order Of Police Lodge 20 and it’s members have allegedly participated in the coerced movement to discredit chief Acevedo and remove him from office. Captain cancer and the FOP lodge 20 participated years ago and did the exact movement to discredit and remove mayor Regalado from office and placed Mayor Francis Suarez in office. It is why Captain Cancer is untouchable and has dirt on all members and politicians. Chief Colina was addressed by Suarez and instructed to retire without firing the captain cancer. Suarez and Noriega violated all city charters, conducted back door dealings and hired Acevedo without the approval of their commissioners, in order to reform the police department and terminate Captain Cancer who has racked up an enormous amount of citizen complaints and has cost the city millions of dollars in punitive damages to victimized citizens. Chief Acevedo was hired and within six months committed 8 violations which were considered grounds for termination. Manager Noriega and Suarez failed to mention the 9th violation which was failure follow a direct order to facilitate the firing of Captain cancer Ortiz. Captain cancer Ortiz is an honest hard working individual who correctly guided chief Acevedo and participated in the termination of Chief Papier and his wife. These individuals, along with the FOP and the three city commissioners have deliberately orchestrated these eight erroneous, falsified, fraudulently events in the eyes of the public, to push for their corrupt agenda and continue their obsolete power at city hall. We the citizens and workers in the city of Miami, have had enough with this internal corruption and we again summon the assistance of outside federal and local investigative authorities to help us rid our local city government of these politicians who have negatively impacted our beautiful and prosperous city.
