So the Broward S/A was refusing to file the felony charges and only wanted to file the Misd charge which would have caused Tony to lose his certification but left him in office. That would have been sweeping it under the rug.

But instead the Governor and FDLE have the case moved to an outside county not involved in the corruption. This looks like it was done so the felonies can be filed as they should be. I would dare to say Tony is not sleeping well.

A buddy who knows someone very close to one of the Desantis lawyers talked to me about how Desantis does not like all of the police officers Tony is terminating. According to this gentleman it’s one of the factors in the decision to push these charges. A few of the terminated guys made a trip up to T

If anyone who has any common sense, which is not very common lately, believes that moving the case from Broward to republican Courts is a sign Tony is in the clear, lacks any common sense.

Go to that Court website and pull up the list of Judges, No favor will be given to a democratic elected sheriff and it was done by a Republican Governor prior to 2022 to highlight the continued failures and corruption of the democratic party.

The Governor is in complete control and is making chess moves while others are still playing checkers. The Sheriff will more than likely not escape his fate and the past will come back to haunt him. The question is no longer a if, its just now a when and additionally who else will go down with him. But nothing new for BSO, we are professionals to having our Sheriff removed, this will the third in just over a decade, either way what a sh** show.
