BSO violated the 180 day rule

So the detention deputy gets his job back after bso violated the officers bill of rights 180 rule. Why is Tony wasting millions of dollars fighting the others in court after BSO did the same thing in their cases?

What does he care it's not his money. Besides nobody is going to tell that arrogant prick how to run the agency, he knows it all.

Tony is a POS no doubt. But, don’t blame Tony. It’s them stupid ass kissing, screw anyone for a promotion scumbugs in I.A. They’re real good at screwing good deputies because command says so. They’re not so so good at figuring when 180 days are up! You have to be a rat to work I.A. not smart.

Incorrect young man. Tony ultimately signs off on all discipline and usually overrules the previous recommendations for higher penalties.

He opened himself up for a huge lawsuit because he is unfairly fighting others after the same exact outcome. He admitted BSO violated the 180 day rule on the others also but continues to keep them from returning to work or settling out with them to retire. A sheriff/department has to show equality when it comes to discipline. HADDAD will have a field day with this one!$!$!
