Papo Enriquito has always been a traga lech I remember back in the days he transferred from Sweeteater all he would do 09-19. Never wanted to handle a Real in order to avoid real WORK. Always dodging calls right away joining Honor guard to avoid Patrol a class 1 Scanner. I retired back in 2017 so I can not say anything about his son. I am sure the Apple does not Fall far from the Tree.
