Quitting
So how many deputies have been quitting on average per pay period?
Anyone know?
What fake reason did our brass fool themselves with?

Seems the recruiters “detectives” still getting their steps in around the building every day. Seems recruitment has not been put into overdrive like they did the body cam project or D5 project. Academies on the same schedule as ten years ago. Recruits trickle in slower than ever.
This is by design.
If they cared, they would pull the favorite deputies from worthless non first responder hidden positions and put them back on the street.

Have fun getting fired, sued, or put in prison….
For simply doing your job.
Along with the underlying baseline of getting hurt, stabbed, and killed.
You can have this shiiit show.
For a bunch of thankless people.
For and agency that gives no shiiits about us yet caters to social media scum.
It’s all yours…. Disposable pawn.
