Is training going to send out that updated list on equipment we can use or no? Going to help deputies abilities to survive by having updated and beneficial gear or say no because people just add it then don’t train and can’t complete a task they are given because they don’t know their gear... Got a good idea, how about we ask deputies with the mind/skill sets who know gear or how to operate (i know that is a high speed word omg) with beneficial gear and let them pick out what we all should use.

Exactly, except sadly this agency doesn’t trust nor promote for their cops in using new gear and equipment.
