You have deputies at the airport who seem to have an excessive amount of time on their hands who continue to write on this site probably while working. I suggest you place them in a district that will challenge them so they don’t have so much time on their hands to ***** and complain about minor BS issues like complaining about their supervisor or being held accountable for not doing, their job.

Why don’t you lead by example supervisor and stay off this site. You are working, reading and typing on this site during duty hours. Can’t have it both way. Are you threatening the writers on this site because you and your unqualified shit for brains supervisors have been put on notice.

It seems the problem is civilians running the deputies and a weak command who won’t take a stand for their people. If you have strong leadership this doesn’t happen. But don’t blame the previous commands because word is some of them tried to take back control and the agency didn’t back them. They sell the airport as a good assignment but if that were the case they wouldn’t have a revolving door of Sgts. And yes everyone the Sgts are all trying to get the hell out of there. The ones on probation are keeping their mouths shut but the rest are bailing out.

The only place worse than the airport appears to be pompano where you’re damned did you do ans damned if you don’t. You aren’t backed either way. Steer clear of those two holes.

To the writers on this site, let’s keep exposing these unqualified brainless supervisors. Call them out by name and these bad districts until the 5th floor get the message. Mass transfers and find more shade trees. Something has to get done. Violent Crime is up in BSO patrol jurisdictions.
