Miramar with a 8%+8%+8% pensionable raise MIRAMAR!!!
AN 8%+8%+8% IN MIRAMAR WOULD TRANSLATE INTO A 12%+12%+12% PLUS A 12% PENSIONABLE SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR NOONS 15% MIDNIGHTS AND 10% FOR DAY SHIFT. It is simple math that Miami dade police is a way better investment and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. They will have the same healthcare benefits as the state at retirement next contract. EVERYONE IS DOING MUCH BETTER, MIAMI BEACH IS NO LONGER THE FLAGSHIP AGENCY, EVEN NORTH MIAMI POLICE OUTPERFORMS MIAMI BEACH. MIAMI BEACH WILL HAVE LOST 8 TO 18 OFFICERS IN 90 DAYS AND THEY ARE LUCKY IF THEY CAN FIND 10 APPLICANTS THAT HAVE A CHANCE TO GET OFFERED THE JOB . THE FACT THE CITY DID NOT OFFER RESERVE OFFICER NOA FULL TIME SHOWS YOU HOW STUPID THE CITY IS. TIME TO GET OUT AS SOON AS YOU CAN IF YOU ARE UNDER 10 YEARS ON RUN !!

For the love of god quit crying and go to work. Allow the union to do their job and worry about the contract.

< moron just wrote this. Our union leadership is completely compromised and everyone is jumping ship for good reason. Zero reason to stay in an abusive relationship that never reformed. Absolutely no sense of urgency.... you want cops to go back to work after all the hostile work environment and drama LOL you are a total asssss clown.

The City of Miami Beach is now realizing that not a lot of people want to be here or do what we do at the law enforcement level. That's why few are applying to come and many are applying elsewhere to leave.
