    Theft of time by the Chief

    In the past officers have been investigating by the SAO for stealing time. Isn’t that the same thing Chief is doing now? He then gets to cash out all the time he accumulated.

    Why isn’t he ROD? Discourtesy, unreported damage to vehicle, insubordination, theft of city time.
