    New plan to cut Sworn

You saw it here first folks! Yea they advertised positions. Yes they interviewed. But the plan is now to hold up the process to the point we’re all the applicants find other jobs or are no longer interested. Then we do the same thing again. Then we say “we just can’t fill the vacancies, and they’ve been vacant for so long we can do without them, we’ll just add a few non sworn.”

There you have it my friends. 100% factual plan of attack.

Agreed. Great place to work and good people here in the field and TCO. The only thing wrong here is the number of high chair banging malcontents that make themselves miserable and spread their tripe among those not infected.

Agreed. If you like low pay, being overly micromanaged by people who never did your job and are one selected for preferential promotion.

You are right. It would take genius to learn what an agent does.

My Lieutenant thinks TCO is promoting membership out of the PBA to whittle down their opposition next year. He said that the magic number is around 20 and they will get what they want with no fight this time.
