You should see the mess up North. Many Deputies out with Covid. Command staff no where in sight and are not addressing the problem. Too stupid to handle the mandatory overtime problem. First the FOPE union president will not do a thing. He’s always been in bed with Reyes. So nothing is going to get done. Also he is onboard with Tony after Israel’s failure to get back in. When have you known the FOPE to do anything since Lamberti. Too busy taking care of their pensions and family/ friends. When will DOD awake up from this nightmare and select another union with no ties or promise promotions. It will only get better when the employees want it to. They can make changes. Get a PERC election going as soon as possible. Don’t worry about the union threatening you. File an EEOC
