The Papiers had it coming for years. Biggest scammers ever. Double dipping, theft of money, cheating on promotional exams, sex on duty etc etc. they just forgot about it when they got on top. Now they want to be friends with everyone. 🤣

C.I.P. are paper tigers. Hardly has the department or city hall listen to them. For city hall to suddenly listen, would be a joke and a slap in the face to all those that went to C.I.P. with a complaint and nothing was done. City hall doesn't like to be told what to do or be held accountable. They are special that way. All of city hall, have their own person they want as Chief, each a different one. Till they get who they want, they will find fault in all others.
