A leader is a day shift sergeant that took over the middle and north districts And humped calls all day in both zones with his squad. And the north sergeant supervised and assisted on a traffic homicide as well as handled calls while the crime scene was held by his squad. Both those sergeants cleared their guys to eat and handled their calls. That’s leadership two sergeants working together and taking care of their guys.

Amazing sgt. The brass did zero for him did not even show up for his last call. Can't remember the last time our top cop has been to a roll call...... years??? Same with that zero FOP president , never goes to roll calls never updates anyone , never calls back cops, has no answers offers no solutions it's like talking to a wall...... the wall is better it is around.
