Fleet Division a Disaster under Sheriff Tony

Deputies have no pool vehicles to continue their patrol duties while working. It takes a month appointment for just an oil change. When you show up to drop off your vehicle they tell you it will be three days before you can pick it up. What retard is in charge. If this was a private company they would have been fired a long time ago. Their’s no pool vehicles in the districts. The mechanic service is horrible. Once you pick up your vehicle and drive out, you discover other problems. It’s run like a third world garage. This place is worst than Sanford and Sons. The command never visited are toured the facilities. If they did they would house seeing all the problems. When their vehicles break down they go to the front of the line and get theirs fixed immediately why everybody else wait for weeks for minor repairs. All we are asking for is marked vehicles to do our jobs. Is this asking too much. What ever happened to accountability in this agency other other than just words on a paper. Discuss your great experiences at fleet:

Sanford and Son was a salvage/ junk company not an auto repair. Just ax Swanny and Smitty.

Blah blah blah, same old, same old. Everyone complained about fleet when Lamberti was sheriff and when Israel was sheriff. Now you're just adding Tony to the long list.

Show up with brass on your collar. You’ll get your $hit done right away.

Can we just buy some fake brass and wear it. Not much different from the fake promotional process. Wear many of the promotions are political and not earned at all.

Absolutely brother! You’ll just blend in.
In the meantime fix the clown show at the service center.

I have some captains bars that I put on at appropriate times and take them off. These clowns in administration have never visited districts, fire stations or jails during the night shift since Tony took over, It’s a free for all. You can wear them at the service center, nobody knows who is who in this circus 🎪

First, the spelling and sentence structure in this post is horrible! Felt like it was written by a third grader. Second, you’re getting all worked up over nothing. You act like this is a proactive agency and you need to rush out and fight crime! You’re hilarious! If they want crap, give them crap. Let fleet be the reason these cars (PAID FOR BY THE TAXPAYERS, NOT YOU), these cars don’t survive and have to be junked. If Fleet doesn’t have cars available, let your sergeant know and ride 2-man. Great way to rotate sleeping while your partner drives. Finesse the system, Papi.

Words spoken as a true BSO deputy.
I am not being sarcastic either. I feel the same way.

Tony is a disaster with everything he's involved in. That's the inexperience coming out on a daily basis.

He made a deal with the county commission not to ask for funding this year for capital expenses, which is why fleet has gone to sh!t, along with everything else in the department. Get use to it, as long as he's here this is the way it will be.
