Miramar cops oust PBA
After months of frustration with the PBA leadership, Miramar ousted the PBA and welcomed the FOP.
Many departments are in the process of leaving the PBA ever since the PBA has fallen into last place of the labor union world.

Congrats to Miramar PD for ridding g themselves of the anchor that keeps them down from getting ahead. Ive heard that many departments across Florida have ousted PBA for something more professional and more successful.
PBA is no longer the leader within the labor union universe. And Miami DADE PBA is one of the worst of the worst.

When MDPD police officers start their shift, they never know what awaits them when they hit the streets, but one thing they do know is that their association, and specifically it’s leaders, Steadman Stahl and David Greenwell, DOES NOT have their back.
They don’t believe in vigilantly and vigorously protecting the legal rights of Miami-DADE police officers. That same lackluster attitude is seen when it comes to improving working conditions, salary compensation, pensions, and health insurance relief. You can say they pretty much don’t care about anything other than their own lavish PBA lifestyle that the membership pays for.
