He is the King of the Port detail book. NOBODY else can or could handle the book, especially the detail office, which is fact!!! Several have tried and all but Nick have failed. That's because taking charge of the book is a 24/7 job and nobody wants to do it. A few, those who have no clue, say they can do it, until they try and fail. It is funny, when Nick called people to work at the old detail rate most were too busy to work. Now with the new detail rate Nick has more friends, including Port deputies, then he knew, most of which bit@h and complain that they want a slot. Well that is until something better comes along, then they have no problem cancelling on Nick at the last minute leaving him to scramble to fill the slot at 5a for a 6a post.

Oh Boo F’in Hooooooo. He also gets to put in for all the details he wants with the best days and times.
So there is a benefit to running the book!

Actually, he does not work the port details. That would be a conflict of interest. Everyone who works at the port and port details know nick doesn't work them.

Since when, many of people (Deputies and Sgt’s have been running that detail for years and they all had many pieces of that pie!!! Trust me when you run the book you have a fat bank account to boot.
