Who is leaving to another department ?? What’s the rumor or truth to this ? I wouldn’t be surprise after Chief Clements forgot how to lead.

Clement can lead MBPD! We just need less police playing soccer with a black man’s head or tackling a brotha’ into a column because he is filming said soccer game. Wake up.

All talk no one is leaving a few will come a few will go but that’s the nature of this job lots of us have come from other departments however as difficult as time are here they are difficult for every agency in this country is having staffing issues. This department is still the best one going yea we got our issues but all in all the beach is still the best. Pension healthcare and pay so let’s ride the wave and relax.

Ricky is doing the bast he can with what he has. The city commission needs to relax and get off his back. This current and long time crime issue is not going away. The city created it and nothing the police department does will change it. We can not arrest our way out of this cultural Crime and disrespectful issue. So hang tight make your money stay quiet and take your reports the crime fighters will be made sacrificial lambs.
