Eddie you big dummy. How can you write a memo saying you saw no damage? The bumper was obviously separated because of an impact with something. Maybe just before someone, took this picture, the damage happen. He may not have been aware of it? Do you walk around your car, every time you get back in, even after a trip to the station?
