    What’s with all the rank skipping lately? Two LTs to major? Are you saying that none of the captains were capable of this?

    They were given those positions just everyone in Tally. SW appointed, DM appointed, JW appointed, SM appointed. No interviews, no vetting. Just another sham.

    At least two captains have less than a year to go. The position was being moved to TCO. The real story is opportunity is not the same as ability. We have a great team and we are very fortunate to have innovative leaders with vision and direction. ABT is the best is has ever been.

    How about zero respect for the rank more than ever. Agent to captain. Lt to major. Not even an interview or application process. Real smack in the face to the captains who may have been interested in major.
