I worked with Julian for a good portion of my career. Trust me, this guy would help anybody that needed it. The only thing that he does that could be taken the wrong way is he will try to represent the agency and show the agency in a good light whenever he can. He also follows orders because that’s what he believes an employee should do.The guy will also stand up if he thinks something isn’t right, and you may never hear about it. He wasn’t just some dumb ass prosecutor, he also served in the Marine Corp If you knew Julian personally, I guarantee you would like him. Guy came from nothing and he’s proud of being a Law Man even over being some sleeze ball lawyer that could make more money.

Follows orders ? That’s good as long as it’s a good ethical order. It’s not good when he’s blindly being a do boy. It causes distrust.

Everybody knows he was over stressed and lost his sh!t in Dania going bonkers at a critical incident. He was still angry about the hotel incident from a few months before where they wouldn’t let him out the blame on him for the dead guy. The timing of the new assignment when he was supposed to be in the inspector general job has the rumors flying.

It’s one of two things, he’s either in the port for stress relief, which would make sense, or he is on assignment in his new job as an official sell out snitch. The way the PSB Telegraphs their punches either scenario is believable. Does it really matter? Murillo was a good thing for the port. At BSO a good thing never lasts too long.
