Actually Pear1 can mandate COVID vaccinations as an employment condition as have other agencies. PCSO is not leading the way to vaccinations but will be following it.

DeSantis is talking out of his Ass. He doesn't even know what the law that he signed says. Here is what it says about government agencies.

"A governmental entity as defined in s. 768.38 may not require persons to provide any documentation certifying COVID-19 vaccination or post-infection recovery to gain access to, entry upon, or service from the governmental entity’s operations in this state. This subsection does not otherwise restrict governmental entities from instituting screening protocols consistent with authoritative or controlling government-issued guidance to protect public health."

It says NOTHING about agencies not being able to require employees to be vaccinated nor show proof of vaccination. It just says they cannot force those that they serve to.

    Try again...

Pretty sad folks will succumb to this for a measly drop of cash (that's taxable), so take 18-20% off that 750

Pretty bad some people have to be bribed to do something to help themselves and protect others.

If the $750 does not work the mandatory vaccination policy is coming for those who wish to continue to work here.
