Pembroke Park, West Park, and Cooper City....what now a South Regional Police Department?
Tony STILL can't see what attacking his own deputies is doing to BSO! He was warned a long time ago to reverse his actions and act like a real sheriff but he turned his back on everyone.

He needs to work with the unions getting employees back to work to help boost the morale around here. Unions are a sheriff's/chiefs best ally BUT can be their undoing if ignored.

Well this union has not only been ignored this guy has declared war on the union and war on his own deputies. Rights are being violated here left and right and people are getting wrongfully fired and wrongfully disciplined.

What that leads to is a total shutdown and people just not doing anything and distrust in the command and dysfunction.

Once that process begins it’s almost irreversible because cities will start looking for other avenues to protect their community such as their own police departments. We got a message in our email telling deputies to look for alternatives to making physical arrests such as NTA’s and warnings. Coronavirus was used as the reason.

I thought that email was quite ironic because it shows a disconnect between the road and command. We haven’t been going out of our way to make physical arrests since they starting arresting deputies for doing their jobs. 🙄 duh

He is trying to make it look like it's his idea instead of the deputies! Too late for that, Lol

It’s probably just them trying to think of a way to explain the lack of productivity and lack of physical work product under their command. They can say look at this, it was all our idea to begin with and blame it on the coronavirus. Such a bunch of crap.

The football stadiums are wide open to the public as is every other major business. Only the stupid federal facilities and the post office are requiring masks. Democrat fundraising parties are all no mask events with people sitting right next to each other. They’re not following their own rules because they don’t believe their own lies.

Joe Biden is a failed president and a failed experiment in socialism. So there dummies now you know it doesn’t work. And now you know nobody believes your bullsh!t about coronavirus. 99% of the population is immune to the sh!t. The American people are going to the un-elect the Democrats in 2022 in a very shocking way. It will be a landslide like no other. It’s game over losers!!!!!

Fact: he won’t ever consider Scott Israel. He constantly bashed Scott Israel during Scott’s tenure with BSO. Ross didn’t like Israel from his time in Ft Lauderdale
Ross has a weight disability which causes him to eat to much. He's also a lousy attorney

Ross views BSO as a security guard firm. He prefers a dept like Davie to do real policing
