People have really seen how fragile life is and how it can be gone in and instant. Many hate cops. Good! Babysit your own helpless selves without them. We are getting tired of the internal unattainable rat race just to claw our way out of the constant danger and hate of the front lines, the constant destructive heightened mental state, and and bureaucracy games. Plus the external lack of support and BS and hatred. Get killed or go to prison? Which will it be?

Before, just getting to be a cop with self proclaimed “elite” agencies like ours was the reward. It is fake. Elite is not real. Status means nothing. Well, those days are OVER! Officers are waking up. “If you don’t like it, quit!” You say? Well we don’t like it and we are quitting. It’s time for agencies and the society it protects to step up and make the conditions of policing better. Starting with the mental aspect for its officers.

In the mean time, we will continue to lose cops. Leaving behind the douche bag cops that need this job as their identity. Have fun with that people.

Chad resigned some incompetent, liability, douchebags for whom this job was their identity. They should have been canned years ago for the reckless behavior, but were allowed to stay and spread their stank.
