Okay, civilians are important. We all agree that they support the agency in their own special way. But, they do not place themselves in a danger zone every day they go to work. They aren't the ones expected to put their lives on the line when things get dangerous. The sworn employees are the ones who fight the fight on a daily basis. Some of them have lost their lives for merely doing their jobs due to Covid. Whether it is a bullet or Covid, sworn stood their ground and they deserve respect for their sacrifice. So, the next time you want to feel sorry for yourself, understand that there are those who are willing to go into harms way to get the job done. So, in the meantime show some respect. They deserve it.

i dont think any civilian doesnt think leo desserved a raise. they just feel they should get a simple step plan. not be ignored. quit putting the every day civilian in the same category as the hallway civilians. currently the every day civilian has no room to grow. at all. they may be able to change positions but still no where to grow. if you dont give some kind of insative to stay and support leo, then why be here at all? Just work at mcdonalds? Sad that is where its come to.
