    On 12s you work more hours per pay period, moron. You work an extra 2 weeks a year and get less vacation. Great for burning people out, moron.

    The Sheriff has done nothing good for the jail because he despises the place. Rice gave us pay parity not Gualtieri.

    Correction, we are hacks with pay parity which is what really counts. Everything else is BS.

    The jail + courts is half the agency so the administration had better think carefully about its actions.

    Lets see, the Bailiffs say "All rise" and do little else. That's why ROD's go there. The jail needs robots who have a 50/50 washout on the road. Deal with your shifts and leave if it doesn't work for you. There plenty of jails in Florida to work at.

    Feel free to transfer to courts if you are jealous. Or the jail. What's the jail washout rate for patrol robots? Oh, they are too scared to work the jail. If one of the patrol soy boys got transferred to the jail he'd quit the first day.

    If you are patrol enjoy your 12 hour shifts courtesy of Bob "I am against 12 hour shifts" Gualtieri. Or go to SPPD on 8s and 10s. The jail is a totally different game that's why everyone hates 12s.

    That's your answer to everything - go somewhere else if you don't like it. Typical administration lap dog, avoid talking about and fixing the problem rather than doing your job and meeting the problem head on. Scum like you only care about your cushy jobs and titles as long as the fat paychecks roll in. It's time to earn that pay and deal with the jail staffing problems. If not get out of the way and go somewhere else.

    Nobody cares about 12s huh? That's why in 3 certified votes at the jail over 70% voted for 8s.

    Just because others do something stupid and harmful doesn't mean we have to follow their lead. Even the DOC, the laughing stock of the jailer business is switching to 8s because they can't get enough people to apply. If we are leading the way to whatever than we should be at the forefront of switching back to 8s.
