Where else can a hack mediocre lawyer who can't get a job in private practice make $175k a year plus a free vehicle? Or his moron command staff which are about as corrupt as it gets.

They have not hired applicants with GEDs for academies for as long as I can remember. Maybe they did back when the academies were 6 weeks long at Pinellas Votech.

Takes a while to get to $80k a year. Even so very few people want to work at the jail on 12s. That's why there is a massive staffing shortage.

On 12s you work more hours per pay period, moron. You work an extra 2 weeks a year and get less vacation. Great for burning people out, moron.

Feel free to transfer to courts if you are jealous. Or the jail. What's the jail washout rate for patrol robots? Oh, they are too scared to work the jail. If one of the patrol soy boys got transferred to the jail he'd quit the first day.

Now they can't get anyone to apply for the jail and many are quitting because the place sucks. That's what happens when the administration is full of morons.

That's your answer to everything - go somewhere else if you don't like it. Typical administration lap dog, avoid talking about and fixing the problem rather than doing your job and meeting the problem head on.
