If All Human beings would just obey the law police would not be in your life. Which brings me back to "It all starts at home and who raises you as a parent." The problem with criminals is the family structure and break down of families.

The problem is male “urban folks” are always getting their fellow “urban folks” sexual partners pregnant since they have the mental capacity of 10 year olds and don’t calculate the cause and effect of not pulling out that thing in between their legs before squirting out more “urban folks” that will grow up in fatherless homes and eventually act like the savages that created them. I knew a Chief that did the same thing as the “Urban Folks”. However, it was a Marilito that raised his kid.
