A prime example of the PD there trying to be a big PD, that will never be. You are campus police, period. I get having rifles and being able to respond quick to a shooter on campus. That is it. Other wise, you will need to call TPD or HCSO in- that has trained professional groups to take care of any more advanced activity. The Chief there should know this or is in disillusion.
