At the end of the day, the statement holds true. This is a business with the majority of people who will throw you under the bus on a moments notice, lie to your face, lie behind your back & lie to brass to further their personal agenda. The previous poster is correct, realize these people are coworkers, not acquaintances or friends. Go about your business as you normally would & you’ll be fine

This is very accurate. If you stay here fir a career, you may cultivate some life long friends, but that is the exception. Once you retire and don’t see these people on a regular basis, you will realize that they are only co-workers or acquaintances.
