This, right here, is better than any salary increase or contract ratification. It highlights one of the most important developments within our agency.

The demotion of this absolute and utter idiot is grounds to celebrate and thank the Good Lord Above, Hallelujah and Amen, Amen and Amen! Praise Jesus...KARMA!

That the School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, approve the Superintendent’s recommendation for disciplinary action, pending the outcome of an administrative hearing or grievance/arbitration proceeding, if requested.

Yewande Smith: demotion from her position as Sergeant at North Operations Station 1, Miami-Dade Schools Police Department, to Police Officer, effective August 19, 2021, for just cause, including, but not limited to: conduct unbecoming an officer; violation of Miami-Dade Schools Police Department (MDSPD) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) 12.01, Conduct and Disciplinary Process; 4.02, Communications; and 6.01, Training and Professional Development; and violation of School Board Policies 4210, Standards of Ethical Conduct; and 4210.01, Code of Ethics. This action is taken in accordance with Sections 1001.32(2), 1012.22(1)(f), and 447.209, Florida Statutes.

If you knew how you discredit Christianity further by what you posted and under the name of your Jesus, you uttey point out the obvious to those who don't know anything g about Christianity just how wretched it's followers are despite claiming to follow Jesus. Not a big religious guy here...just come for the entertainment, but I gotta say, this demotion is well deserved. The only thing better would be termination, but let’s not look a gift horse in the mouth. Worst Sergeant ever and she seems to be getting what she deserves.

Send her to Florida City Elementary, unless we can sign a mutual aid agreement with Monroe County Sheriffs Department and ship her to a school in Key West. Just a thought.

You have been useless since your first day here and, since then, you’ve only gotten worse, in every foreseeable and imaginable way, not to mention, some unimaginable ways, that only someone of your low, gutter qualities and sleazy standards, could ever attain. To say you are uniquely bad is a gross understatement - you’re far worse.

You’ve not contributed anything of value to this place, and likely never will. In fact, you’ve been a toxic burden and a parasite. It’s like you’re a drone of problems, who’s hovered over our department for decades. You’re kinda like a workplace pandemic, but that’s actually trivializing, just how poor of an employee, supervisor and person, you are.

If you really want to do something positive for all of us, something good for yourself, our department, our profession, and the students of Miami Dade County Public Schools? If you want to “give us the world, and more,” resign!Just leave and go away, far away. That is, without question, the single greatest contribution you could ever make here.

But sadly, since you won’t do that, then we should all thank the School Board, Superintendent, Chief of Police and your Chain-of-Command (Major, Commanders x2, Lt. Q) that, byway of Board Action and just cause, had you to relinquish your sergeant stripes, since you don’t deserve them and clearly cannot function as a supervisor. This is a demotion for you and a promotion for all of us.

Now, you can retreat to a school and sit in your office, syphoning tax-payer money, but at least no one will have to look toward you for supervision, guidance or leadership. You’re an idiot, a buffoon and a liar.

It’s time to turn in the gold badge and take your uniforms to the dry cleaners to remove the stripes. Swing by headquarters and pick up the new ID Card. Go to your school, where you’ll be late getting there, depart early and do nothing good while in the building. You can ignore the radio, like you do so well. Go and get a car wash. Just rot there like the useless wart on our department you’ve always been, and will be.

So yesterday, you had signed up to speak before the School Board. What was your plan going to be? To waltz in and pull out your usual bag of excuses. Play the “victim cards” like race, gender and conspiracy theories. What was the theme going to be today? It’s like a cheap far-fetched telenovela drama story with your worn out and ran through self. What shenanigans were you going to try to portray? Let me guess, you’ll go to your favorite talking point...lies? Was it going to be Class A’s or were you going to “doll yourself up?” You’re a fraud and a disgrace.

You’ll try to blame everyone else. You’ll never accept accountability. You’ll complain and lie - you always do. You’re not being oppressed or picked on. You’re not being targeted or harassed. You never have been. In fact, it’s you, who’s subjected us to unwanted stupidity, incompetence and headaches. You’re laziness, pettiness and continued pattern of problems are your distinct hallmark and your dereliction of duty is well known, glaringly apparent and undeniable.

You are arguably, the worst employee we’ve ever had. Let that simmer and set in for a minute, OFFICER Smith! How’s that sound, by the way?

AD, please issue her the biggest trash heap vehicle we have - no AC, 1 million miles and previously wrecked. She should have to go through FTO again.

Ok Q easy does it, you got what you wanted no need to go overboard, most of the mentioned named persons are professionals and I doubt they would engage in creating a hostile environment. Those Pete cuccarro and Moffitt days are over I truly believe our current chief would not allow such a witch hunt to continue. You on the other hand. Remember the energy you send to others will boomerang, for you do not know if that person's soul outranks yours in the higher realms and you bring ingnamonity to yourself and your colleagues at a later date. Funny how ol Pete use to say " careful if you don't play my way you'll join the ranks of those I fired" and Walla! With weeks, Pete joined the ranks of those he followed. Tee hee......
