    New Directive

You would not have to blast out an email telling people not to call the garage, the clinic, or human resources if the staff would simply act in an ethical manner and follow standard procedures with some semblance of equality. However, when you give yourself several new cars a year, spend tax payer money on vehicle trim models with unnecessary features, leave employees in out dated vehicles because of who they support politically, change the promotion policy every time a family member would like to be promoted, promote people to Sgt because their dad manages your favorite golf course while there are people with more qualifications, educations, seniority, test scores, and continue to give your friends workers comp for covid but deny others, then you should expect people to seek answers. Question; email said deputies and supervisors can not call, at what rank are supervisors qualified to look out for employees? I am pretty sure all supervisors are sitting through a leadership block during inservice telling them to manage employee issues and be leaders. Which way would you like it?

Funny how when civilian staff biitch, it goes all the way up their chains then to our colonel or major. Even a CRA error. From the damn major.

    Yet

When we have something to say about some moron civilian, it falls on dead ears and never makes it up our chain because of the rank chasing brown nosers that DONT want to rock the boat.

How about extend us the same courtesy and you did with those three civilian departments when it comes to dispatching us to stupid dumbasss calls we should not be going to.

Also those that supported Janak or have law suits against this office are being left behind. Funny... they keep fuuckin with the wrong people. Don't under estimate the power of loyalty. Those civilian employees in that garage do snitch command Staff out....all of the time!!!

    Great damn post!

Many of my long posts are more practice. More like notes. Same with posts like this. For a book I will be publishing in a few years. This crap is getting old. This site is a wealth of info.
