The flooding the commander could address by developing a working liaison with County Public Works and State Water Management. This would be a long-term undertaking, requiring patience and persistence, but ultimately it could bring satisfactory solutions for the residents in the affected area. Under "Broken Windows," police command officers must not limit themselves to their municipal resources; they must engage the County, State, and, where possible, the Private Sector.

The traffic accidents on NE 2 Avenue, between 24 and 29 streets, call for a more conventional approach the commander can address and resolve by engaging her NET sworn personnel and central motors in a saturation patrol enforcement initiative. Success will be measured by how fewer vehicular crashes along the targeted roadway are subsequently reported compared to previous months.

Yes and no. NE 2 ave between 22 and 33 street has at least 4 high rise residential buildings that werent there when street parking signs went up allowing parking along NE 2 ave It can be easily argued and won that due to these developments, all parking along NE 2 ave should be prohibited. Light up crosswalks shuod be installed

But she wont do any of that. Because taking pictures and lowering reports of crimes means she gets to keep the position that a half dozen other people were more qualified to fill. Hell, there are sergeants that cpuld do a better job.
