Good afternoon Chief. It’s unfortunate that you were never able to figure out what it takes to motivate. Chief Hudak saw it with his own eyes. Your screaming and stomping away is getting old.

You set those guys up for failure. But you had the sense to put PC in Marine Patrol. You have been screwing with our shifts since taking the helm for some unknown reason. We are all forced to bang off so we can attend a birthday, date or ball game.

You call off 38’s at 0400 and them chastise the Shift Commander for everyone to hear. That’s not leadership. That’s being an a$$hole.

You did not even put León Paige on the SET team after giving it all for you. That speaks volumes. But nothing will ever top what you did to Sammy Guerrero. The guy that was buy your side from day one. You promote Paul? A guy that almost got Emilio Garcia 39’d for taking a guy that shot at him in custody. All that was to save his a$$ after it was discovered that he routinely took every other weekend off leading up to July 3rd.

You only care about yourself. If you did not you would have protected those officers that you said you would have their backs.

Our main mission is to support those officers. Tensions are high right now. I’ve been apart of this organization for 7 months now so I don’t say much but I am scared for those officers and myself.

Our officers are responsible for their actions, but the chief is ultimately accountable.
His poor leadership and management style have Contributed to this incident.
The city manager has a responsibility to act immediately and replace this chief. He has become ineffective to lead the department and the citizens of our community are going to pay the price for it. It has been confirmed that the chief locked himself in his office and is avoiding contact with all. This shows his weakness and lack of leadership. Although the new city manager is a personal friend to our chief, she needs to step back and take action.

I’m LMAO over this whole thing these guys were told time and time again that they were pawns in the game or suckers if you will. The good old take back the city take no prisoners we got your backs. You fools were told soon someone is going to be on the news and they are going to eat your lunch and you were told this command staff will not have your back and will throw you to the media. So have you now seen the light ? Listen this culture that you are trying to get to obey the law is lawless and empowered by the main stream public and media along with the backing of a liberal city hall and citizens. So just leave them alone allow them to victimize one another and take the report. Those of you on the hot seat will learn the hard way that the liberals don’t want policing they have accepted the behavior of a certain group and choose to ignore it. So good luck you were warned that this was coming and your leader good old Ricky marched you right off the cliff. Is this really shocking from a chief who has been throwing his own guys under the bus after proclaiming to have their backs, and making statements to the media? he should have said nothing but “the incident is being investigated and until it has concluded there will be no further comments. Thank you”
