Really, I bet Ortiz's said the same thing. It's only a matter of time before some of yours, get more stupid and everyone in uniform, except Major's and above, wear them. You make patrol officers wear them, cause were not really trusted. Many Sgt's and above should have them too.

Yes, but some staff like to deal in the backdoor. It's a good idea, what you stated but the power to be, will fight tooth and nail not to have it. I see no different in officers dealing with the public, then any other rank. All should wear it, maybe not the top 5 ranks.
