I just want to know why there no African Americans on Ricky’s Team AKA SET. All Hispanic SWAT boys. Pero why?!?!

And why is Major 12 who started all this not being spoken about? Let be hunded, he’s the one who started all this.

That guy has gone into hiding. He should have done a better job of mixing that team with black officers. That was a set up from the start. As I recall, A Body slam was called into question for excessive force but went no where because the that officer don’t fit into the narrative the media pushes.

Half of these responses are trolls .. the other half are just plain stupid, and that is the problem with the MBPD, we have a few .. and I mean few people that can actually be considered competent supervisors and leaders. The rest are “beach guys”, a bunch of regular guys who were blown up early In their careers to believe that they were special and different. So they rose the ranks and they kept on believing that, making stupid and bad decision after the next. So here we are, our command staff is made up of that. Most of the supervisors are made up of that and we expect it not to be a mess? the beach guys have been nothing but problems, not because they are bad people.. they have just been made to believe they are special people.

Chief Jones is a professional. And he wasn’t promoted to Sergeant on a grievance. He wasn’t given a closet job like Crime Prevention. He did his time as a Lieutenant in Patrol not DB. He also doesn’t wear a SWAT pin because he never went to a SWAT school. But his best quality is that he didn’t set his officers up for failure and he is a great FATHER and family man. Wayne will be the next Chief. Can’t wait to see the people he surrounds himself with. Starting with his EA. Can’t wait.

Iron Sharpens Iron! The Chief really made those guys feel like the untouchables. The Chief only had his sons back who he quickly assigned to marine patrol. Worst Chief ever.
