Well, he's still here as a CAPTAIN! So, all this talk about getting rid of problem officers, it's just talk. Nothing was done about claiming to be black, to get special consideration on promotions. That in it's self, show just how fu@ked up our department is. Why based off your race, should you get anything over someone more fit for the job, rank or whatever it might be?
