Congrats Jen
Congrats on your win. Too bad Scumberti doesn't have to pay out of his own pocket.

Nobody here really cares about her lawsuit or the settlement. It's just her and her lawyer filling the BSO pages with spam. This was a Lamberti problem and he's been gone for nearly a decade now. Move on!!!!!!

Illegally violating employees rights can no longer be tolerated here. Many more lawsuits to come and this case has set a preceding 7 figures for illegal unlawful arrests and unlawful searches by overzealous detectives trying to make a name for themselves. Poetic justice is a beautiful thing. Karma is even better. Now we need to address the misuse of the stingray devices to spy on employees phone calls. Another illegal search.

Thank you Jen for exposing the corruption in the Broward sheriffs detectives bureau and the internal affairs division. The days of their illegal searches and illegal arrests and violating employees rights is coming to an end. They’ve been getting away with it for way too long and it needed to come to an end. This is a good start but we will need more big lawsuits and legal victories just like this to expose the deep seeded corruption within their ranks.
