The chief held mandatory meetings that every sworn officer was required to attend where you were called names and disparaged. You know they are watching (gunning) for you. Just stop.

You are the literal poster boy for how NOT to operate a police vehicle, or any vehicle for that matter. They use your in car videos at in-service driver training and your videos are shown to every new hire in holdover on what not to do. Just stop.

All you have to do is just show up, take your calls, leave your GD camera on and go home and you will collect a pension and be young enough to enjoy it. Just stop.

Why would anyone pursue. Only for self ego. Staff obviously for whatever motive and reasons took a guys gun and badge and forced him to sit at desk cause he was in a pursuit with no injuries and no problems. BWC can go down and they don’t give another one till the next shift so even if camera was off it’s not worth riding a desk. Ridiculous logic and only a big city leadership would think that is an acceptable logical response. Just stop pursuing.

Textbook case if there ever was one. Staff needs to seriously consider the risk (life, limb or $$$) vs reward (a warm body filling a spot) and if this is who you want to stake the future of TPD’s reputation on.
