Since when is it legal for an LEO to spread vicious lies about a professional person he met 1x, years ago, and say the person appears to be paranoid and "could be early signs of dementia". Could be Deputy Merry needs a mental status exam and time off to be educated on laws that he's suppose to uphold.

There is a process for filing a complaint such as yours and I suggest you pursue it at professional standards (Internal Affairs) and not on this site. Unless you have and they kicked you to the curb……

Well, what do you expect? He was only on patrol like 6 to 8 months then went TDY to ILP forever then been coasting as a CRD for the rest of the time. How he pull that off? Me and many others were never offered a sweet path like that. Funny how the special connected ones that are looked out for, pulled off the street fast, and fast tracked, are the same ones pissing people off and doing shady crap. Watch out back people.

Merry was a law enforcement officer before he started here. Many criticize that those with prior experience don’t get a leg up for previous experience. Now, you criticize for it. Even if this is not why he was selected for the position, he was, and it is your dang fault for not recognizing this job has political affiliations. Grow up and get on board. Just remember, even if you are not politically affiliated, hard work and perseverance can go a long way. Quit making excuses, dry your tears and quit letting others see you jealousy.

Wrong, most complain that we are shorthanded and should hire more precerts and ex cops because docobo’s gay decade long phase of only hiring young college males with no life skills left us critically short handed. No one believes that anyone should be fast tracked. Just given hiring preference. Once here, it should be fair. In fact, seniority should prevail. Not to mention many of them college kids took their big degrees and resigned as soon as they found out what a scam this job snd agency is. At least Gee hid behind the whole “we only hire the best of the best of the best” crap to make out hiring guidelines so unobtainable that it made us critically short for a fatter budget to blow. Money designated for deputies we don’t have. Merry was connected with Gee.
