His melt downs consist of a temper tantrum like a 3yr old yelling at people and belittling them, slamming doors and turning purple in the face, stuttering and spraying spit everywhere. Nothing about that makes him a "hot badass" it just makes him a straight up asshole! He's great at talking down to people all the time. You like being treated like that ? Go work for the asshole, eventually you will get tired of hearing his stories about how he's a real cop cus he worked in Northside blah blah blah

Do tell us how his replacement is working out. At least with Jaime you knew what you were getting, the replacement is sketchy AF.

This is a paramilitary organization. In what workplace are you free to openly criticize a supervisor? That’s called insubordination. Call it hypocrisy if you’d like. This is a forum where an officer can vent a little, especially about toxic supervisors that drive people insane, that everyone of the superiors knows about, yet nobody does a damn thing to remedy the situation. They just say “whatever”, or worse yet they agree behind the asshole’s back, but then don’t do shit about it. Not even a conversation. A guy like this goes from place to place causing havoc and affecting everyone around him. I’ve seen it a million times. And nothing is done about it until someone sticks their neck out and files a grievance. It shouldn’t come to that.

We wear uniforms and we carry guns. We know how to play the game. But a very small number of people can make coming to work hellish for many. Those people need to be identified and their antics need to be stopped for the good of the many. Even if his punk ass is hooked up to god almighty. Or we can go back to the old days of dirty tricks.
No one likes dirty tricks. Does it have to come to this? Does he have to get ready to leave work and realize his policy vehicle is nowhere to be found? Or his badge and ID are missing? Potato in the tailpipe? Treat people the way you would like to be treated. Or else project mayhem will commence.
