Pay is not the problem it’s the ridiculous deductions on our paychecks. It’s around $250 for me each pay check in “PBA contribution”. Which no one can seem to explain to me.

Take home cars depending on who’s the next mayor is something that will have to eventually be implemented. It’s a retention problem at this point. They want to hire and retain, they need take homes. Period.

No shift differential that’s contractual so you never know. Yes we get our step raises. Plenty of overtime and extra duties especially if your known as a worker people will always contact you for $.
