I am pleased to announce the City of Fort Myers agrees to bring Officer Tyler Williams back to work with full back pay and benefits after he was unlawfully arrested for Failure to Report Child Abuse. Thank you to the Officers that had the courage to testify to the truth in court!!! Special thanks to Attorney Tim Tebow for his diligent work in having his charges dismissed in court and getting Tyler back to work and making him whole!!! Please welcome him back when he returns to work on the 12th of July. This is a great day for justice!!!

In reference to the below email that was sent yesterday before an agreement was finalized between TW and the City of Fort Myers, FMPD.

The Union and the Agency are working together toward a potential resolution that could be beneficial to all parties.

If and when an agreement is finalized we will provide an update.
