My only problem with this comment is I can’t understand what the hell he’s saying. Is he saying NW and MW haven’t been there, they are already there, that IC and NS are not needed?
Please clarify and remember that this is why grammar is important. It’s so that people can understand WTF you’re talking about.

No one has to be here 24 hours a day when you have close friends of several ranks over the past 23 years that you compare notes with and those of us working Alpha and Bravo have the same assessment of how it is being run and handled from the police side of responsibly.

Captain Bill Press would have had this handled and running like a clock by day 2.
