Less arrest = less stats = “less crime”. Plus they have found that picking and choosing the arrest it is saving big time money with less people in people. All about money it is way long past that they care about the whole covid thing. If they were actually smart they would quit the whole temp check in the sallyport. Getting sent to the hospital for a “temperature” is another waste of time and money.

Responded to retail theft, third offense and conviction making it a felony. Made the arrest responded to the jail and got the phone call to turn it into an NTA. This is begging to be bullshit. Because of the Sheriff of undersheriffs rules these criminals are going rapid. The worst part is the suspect said the state will drop it withing 30 days. We even respond to these calls if we can't do our jobs.

Oh really, can’t seem to find the case your referring to? Regardless, if your top priority is a retail theft then you need to go work at the Port Authority.
