Chief, you need to get rid of Morales. He is a disgrace to the department as a high ranking official. Aside that he would sleep on patrol. When he was a commander of TOS, he tried to help his boy Raul Iglesias and played ignorance to the FBI... he got transferred to the NDSS but still visited Raul in prison.. then the Carrollo scandal.. and now the Nerly Papier incident, claiming he didn't think it was serious... but he is in charge of FOD!!! A cmdr involved in a 17 and you actually believe his poor ass excuse... he is not fit to be an assistant chief!!! Drain the swamp!! He has done so many cover ups.. to include his two staff employees Valentin and Nodal. Ask around and you will see who he is. One big corrupt MO fo!!!
