You speak to many black Assistant State Attorneys as well as black lawyers from the private sector.

This statute is a good start. I want a statute of GF sitting on a bench in front of the clock at Lummis Park in Miami Beach with a crack pipe in one hand and a Steel Reserve beer in the other. It will serve as a reminder to all that it's ok to break the law as long as you can claim yourself as a victim of something.
