    No your wrong. Civilians received a bonus and will now receive a 4% raise October 1st like everyone else. The governor did us a favor giving certified a $1000 bonus. The sheriff did certified a favor doing the compression before the raise. The sheriff did civilians a favor giving them a $1000 bonus before the raise. Now EVERYONE gets a 4% raise October 1st WHICH will be more with the bonus's and compression.

    We've got a great governor and a great sheriff
