. - It is illegal for FBI agents (or the DOJ) to do "dragnet searches" of a privately owned domain to identify all Americans who perform particular keyword searches. That is in violation of the Fourth Amendment because it involves unreasonable searches and seizures that lack PC for the intrusion.
The FBI and the DOG are Constitutionally out of control. The fact that it is being done in secret and away from the knowledge of the public needs to be Constitutionally addressed by lawyers and legislators.
