Speaking about the Capitol protest events of January 6, Trump stated:

    • “That was an unfortunate event. However, people are being treated unbelievably unfairly. When you look at people in prison, but nothing happens to Antifa, and they burned down cities and killed people. There were no guns in the Capitol, except for the gun that shot Ashli Babbitt, and nobody [yet] knows who that man was.”

    • If an FBI agent develops probable cause (PC) on an identified suspect, then it's legal for him to apply for a "keyword search warrant" to identify the Google searches of that person who is listed the warrant.
      .
    • It is illegal for FBI agents (or the DOJ) to do "dragnet searches" of a privately owned domain to identify all Americans who perform particular keyword searches. That is in violation of the Fourth Amendment because it involves unreasonable searches and seizures that lack PC for the intrusion.

The FBI and the DOG are Constitutionally out of control. The fact that it is being done in secret and away from the knowledge of the public needs to be Constitutionally addressed by lawyers and legislators.
