If I.A. send the case back to the Chief, with a finding. The case is finished. Just because you want to appeal or anything else. It's done, all that remains is what ever punishment is dealt, then any appeals they try. The department doesn't have to wait to take action, before the DDRB hears it, they can amend (recommend) a different punishment but the investigation is completed. What's all the uproar about? The Papier fu@ked up and have to face the music, like we all do, when it happens and like all the ones the Ron was all to happy about screwing over, so he can be the man.
