Al.. See if you can get a copy of the video and IA case. The case is close and they are holding releasing it to the media. Also got a copy of the 6 staff members that received reprimands.

If I.A. send the case back to the Chief, with a finding. The case is finished. Just because you want to appeal or anything else. It's done, all that remains is what ever punishment is dealt, then any appeals they try. The department doesn't have to wait to take action, before the DDRB hears it, they can amend (recommend) a different punishment but the investigation is completed. What's all the uproar about? The Papier fu@ked up and have to face the music, like we all do, when it happens and like all the ones the Ron was all to happy about screwing over, so he can be the man. Will let you know McDonalds, is hiring.

Boomer one more time a case is not closed until the chief signs off on the discipline. The DDRB is a mandate by state law prior to discipline and being signed off on by the chief. If you want the video so badly put in a public records request coward or are you too scared to have your name put out there.
