The case is considered open until the discipline is signed off on and is complete. Remember the chief can not sign until after the DDRB submits it report and he signs off on it.

Okay Mr you know it all, maybe the investigation isn’t complete because they might be looking at other staff members yet. But you the uninformed all knowing big mouth can’t read and learn the rules.

If I.A. send the case back to the Chief, with a finding. The case is finished. Just because you want to appeal or anything else. It's done, all that remains is what ever punishment is dealt, then any appeals they try. The department doesn't have to wait to take action, before the DDRB hears it, they can amend (recommend) a different punishment but the investigation is completed. What's all the uproar about? The Papier fu@ked up and have to face the music, like we all do, when it happens and like all the ones the Ron was all to happy about screwing over, so he can be the man. Will let you know McDonalds, is hiring.

Boomer one more time a case is not closed until the chief signs off on the discipline. The DDRB is a mandate by state law prior to discipline and being signed off on by the chief. If you want the video so badly put in a public records request coward or are you too scared to have your name put out there.
